Cyborux completes the Xunta de Galicia × Wayra cybersecurity programme

We are proud to share that Cyborux has completed the cybersecurity entrepreneurship programme driven by the Xunta de Galicia and Wayra, Telefónica’s open innovation hub. Run by the Agency for the Technological Modernisation of Galicia (AMTEGA) within the framework of its Cybersecurity Laboratory and Demonstration Centre for Digital Products, the programme backs high-potential technology startups.

The mentorship was top-notch. Working alongside the mentors, we evolved the whole solution and got it ready to scale — sharpening our internal processes, building out our go-to-market channel, and adding features we identified directly from working with our clients.

The programme also reshaped how we go to market. We reframed our business model to fit our clients’ needs more closely, signed our first partnership, and met other startups in the cohort with whom we hope to collaborate as we grow.

At the programme’s closing event, the director of AMTEGA, Damián Rey, highlighted the importance of technological specialisation and scaling for startups like ours. We leave with plenty still to do — and enormously proud of how far Cyborux has come.
